Overnight stay between connecting flights. Explained we had to leave hotel 6am - not told airport schedule, got to desk at 6:05 and told next bus 6:30. Confusion over breakfast to go - given 1 breakfast box & told it was for 2 ... but it wasn't and then they ignored request for 2nd breakfast. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

We checked in on 15 March at 1 pm, room number 333, and we went mall around 2 pm on 15th March and returned at 8 PM. In between, someone took the iron and entered our room and opened our handbag and stole expensive sunglass(Ray-Ban) which is valued at $400 US check kindly check the CCTV camera and find out the person who was the thief and it never happened with another person. It was such a bad experience. It has never happened before.

It's close to DXB Terminal 3, with a free shuttle running every 30 mins, 24 hours a day. It's a great place for a layover or a quick few nights, just the basics and you're not really coming to Dubai to spend time in a hotel room... So it's the bare essentially and it's clean with a location close to everything and you'll find plenty of transportation options to help you get around. You really won't be able to walk anywhere from here but their shuttle service will drive you to a few destinations, just confirm with reception.
