"I liked their breakfast service and all those who worked in the kitchen, receptionists weren’t bad either. Housekeeping was trying too but the room was way too small and the door attached to the bathroom couldn’t close well and always water leakage under door. "We arrived on time to check in , while checking we have 2 friends with us , we booked the two bedroom apartment, they said friends weren’t allowed post 10pm which is ridiculous, I ve stayed over at many hotels and this approach was just unbelievable, they did not want to help us at all, infact asked us to pay 157 per guest if they wanted to stay over , overall in the end we did not check in we just left, horrible service "

"Fortune Karama was decently made to suit your business travel with good location and proximity to metro &taxi. Good food joints in hotel and nearby. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and co-operative. Especially Mandeep who helped a lot during my stay. Some sound of night clubs may disturb you until 2am but you gets used to it."
