The Staff are very professional and kind. The bathroom definitely need renovation, water flow pressure need to be steady. Toilet seat is detached and was not fixed when requested to. Sink faucet is visibly rusted and need replacement.

If you just want to stay in a great location to stores, partying, and metro, then this is perfect. For a small budget traveler this is ok.

Hotel in good location

Fortune Karama was decently made to suit your business travel with good location and proximity to metro &taxi. Good food joints in hotel and nearby. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and co-operative. Especially Mandeep who helped a lot during my stay. Some sound of night clubs may disturb you until 2am but you gets used to it.

Quite near to metro rail station, so convenient to travel locally if metro is mode of transportation you use most. Services like calling taxis is not available! Other miscellaneous services were not bad but either not good to be appreciated!

Disappointing experience

the building is very old and shwo the wear inside the rooms , shower water comes out of the tub and makes the floor slippery , shower was not drainign well, the room had Balcony but was closed and restricted to go out , the AC was making noice no safe in the roon, No Iron or mini bar frige in the room, After requesting we got all three things and the frige was leaking all the time the property is in good location, ADCB metro is around the cornert, Grocery stors and restuarants are close by The property have 6 bars and they all make loud music tioll 3 am every day

The rooms are horrible I had no fridge and the safe box was not working the AC is so loud and i tried reducing fan speed doesn’t work, I got a fridge after calling three times the reception for two days to install one, the room ceiling and walls are peeling and the music from the clubs below was continuous every night till 4:00 am it was very hard to sleep with all the noise and the staff in the corridors make a lot of noise even in late night times.

Everything was fine except the reception desk Mr Sonu i felt he was more of an immigration officer than a check in staff too many questions. I dont think that should be the case maybe he needs more training how to welcome guest as first impression is the last impression
