The quality of service and care was exceptional. I was really happy and my family had a brilliant time. We particularly enjoyed the pool areas and the beach as well as the pool bar. A true 5 star luxury experience. Everything was perfect from our accomodation of a late night arrival, friendly & helpful staff, late check-out convenience to the excellent rooms and all other facilities and food. Did not have anything negative or critcism.

Lovely stay with family. We took half board option stay which was good we had a good option for the restaurants there. Even with the 3 course set we could choose any dish from the whole menu. The breakfast buffet had so much variety.

We stayed for three nights at the Taj Exotica and loved it. Staff were very nice and helpful, food options were good, pool was great - just all round a good experience. In terms of areas for improvement - suggest the gym is a bit cooler, it was quite hot in there. Massages are prohibitively expensive for the average person and there were no 60 minute options.

It was an awesome experience for our entire group (2 families inckuding 3 kids). We even got a complimentary upgrade which made our trip even more great. The food service in the restaurants (Palm Kitchen and Varq) was very good and the food was excellent & very flavourful.

Amazing- I would say best in class food from both variey and taste perspectives. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly, and there is a games room for kids. Pool is very big but not deep; beach is clean but there is a bit of small rocks. Overall amazing and highly recommended.

I spent 10 days with my wife two daughters and my grandson. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is excellent. Everyone was so helpful. Lots of variety of foodstuffs to choose from.
