Great hotel for vacations. Has a private beach and a beautiful terrace. The location is central but walkable to very few things and far from metro, so everything has to be by taxi or Uber. Our room was very badly cleaned and we had to complain to the front desk, but nothing happened, then we complained to the supervisor who acted immediately and cleaned the room (it was well after 5pm). The terrace is great with great servers. I can recall a young energetic and always smiling guy called Jeff! Amazing energy and service, bravo! All in all, I would stay again for the beach and terrace. But they need to work on their consistency.

Really enjoyed this Rove Hotel - like always, clean, just what you need, reasonable price, no unnecessary frills, lovely staff and generally a great experience. Just a couple of snags this time: I was supposed to get a free room upgrade if available; I understood that sea view rooms were available, but was not offered an upgrade even after I mentioned it. There is currently some heavy construction outside the hotel, and unfortunately my room was directly overlooking that. It's very noisy, but I didn't recall seeing a mention of that when booking. Wifi was not working well at all in my room, and made it impossible for me to work from my room. This is the first time it happens in a Rove hotel, and I notified reception while checking out so hopefully they will resolve it. Still recommend this hotel and I'm hopeful the minor issues will be resolved.
