The staff were excellent throughout our stay, always helpful, friendly, and smiling. The gym is very good and well-equipped, and the breakfast was decent with a good selection. The hotel itself looks a little tired in places, but refurbishment work is currently underway, which should improve the overall experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, thanks to the fantastic staff.
