"We had a very pleasant stay and the house was clean and tidy. If you want to experience like staying at home, this is a very good place to stay. The front desk ( Mr.Manivannan/ Mrs.Thanumathy/ Mr.Arun) and support staff ( Mr.Rabi ) was very polite and prompt in their service. Most of the Staffs are Very convenient , helpful staff., very courteous staff.Breakfast facility was also available in the dining area of the respective apartment rooms. "I booked through on line. My family consisting of wife, a 22 years doughter and 13 year son came to chennai. The rececptionist age around 52, asked ID for each of the individual, I shown my Departmental ID, but he refused and asked to give other ID, so, I shown my Driving Id, My wife's driving Id, my daughter's Voters ID which saved in my mobile _its rejected by him. He compelsorily asked to produce my boy's Id. So I promised him that Aathar card copy would be downloaded and then produced to...

"Worst hotel with uncleaned towels and toilet also cockroaches are there every where. "

"Definitely those is not good for family. First of all the property was not cleaned and we had to wait for 15 mines in lobby. Lift was smelling a lot. Though room was spacios as described it was not clean at all. Mirrors in room are terrible. I see insects were also there. AC remote won't work. It stays in 18 only. Flush were always leaking and floor was slippery. Manager helped with additional mat, that was the only positive. I don't recommend for family."

"Bathroom was stinking when we entered. Toilet seat would stand up. Toilet roll not given even after calling the reception. Delayed delivery of coffee orders. Room had no windows and was adjacent to a conference hall which had a big noise leak from the event. "

"The person at the reception was so hostile. He totally refused to accept the booking made on Hotels.com. He claimed only OYO bookings with 10 digits of confirmation will be accepted. Hotels.com was not contactable on their customer service number. OYO could not find my booking since it was booked through Hotels.com. Overall, a messed up booking and a total sham. Lost my booking amount and all trust on Hotels.com and OYO teams. "
