In room dining - staff do not understand. We order something and something else gets to the room. e.g. a hot and sour soup with salad and focacia bread was ordered, they send you the soup, with 3 slices of cucumber & 3 slices of tomatoes/onion. When we dined in the restaurant it was great. Toilets were very small. if you open the door, even the door mat gets stuck and the shower door and main toilet door clash with each other. What I like-the staff who cleaned our room.

Terrible property. Bathroom was dirty. BathTub was all wobbly. Was scared to use it. The room and furniture were all worn out and dirty. Even the laminate floors had gap in them. Not at all worth for the price I paid. Restaurant was ok.
