Good for family and leisure stay

Great value for money. Good for family stay. We regularly stay in Lotus in other locations and this is the first time we stay in Samera where they accommodated due to maintenance activity at Burkit Road. This is more comfortable.

could be better...

spacious enough. toilets are good. kitchenette with no crockery; not even a spoon. A/c is functional but control not working. matress is not comfortable.

ok for an overnight stay

ok for an overnight stay. We stayed here because it was 50mtrs from the aptdc bus for tirupati. the rooms are ok, and they have 24 hours reception..the breakfast was average. the rooms could have been cleaner though. the big disappointment was the extremely lethargic front desk. we asked them to call a cab for the airport and 15 mins later we were told that they can't call one. Then they gave us a phone number to call and check for cabs, and flatly refused to call one themselves. we had a flight to catch and i wish the hotel staff was more friendly. If i have to go to tirupati again, probably i will stay here, but not otherwise as the prices are the same as the other more comfortable hotels.
