8/10 Good
"Nice hotel a short indoor walk from the terminal, along a fully accessible route. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, vending machines were well stocked and in helpful locations. Minor gripe was I arrived 20 minutes before the normal check-in time and was told 3pm, go sit down, only to have staff came over 5 minutes later to say I can check in now after all. Appreciate 3pm is clearly communicated in the booking, though some flexibility is usual, whilst back and forth across the spacious lobby with bags was frustrating."

"Great location if you want to be close to Shinjuku, but not deal with the noise and the people. The hotel is hooked on the underground walkway to Shinjuku station, which is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. There are multiple restaurants in the building and two convenient stores and if that’s not enough right around the corner is a 7-11 the rooms are standard size for Japan. We were on the 23rd floor during an earthquake and the building stayed intact. No complaints."

"The room was smaller than expected but I hear all rooms in Japan are. The AC was very nice during the hot summer. Overall it was a very good experience. My only complaint is the coin laundry they have; the wash cycle takes 30 minutes and recommended 60 minutes to dry, this often causes a line for the dryers. Additionally, when I went to use the dryers, after a full hour my clothes were still damp. Other than that awesome hotel, love the godzilla display they have in the lobby :)"
