"Compared to last year, this stay was not a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. I was here for a work trip, so reliable Wi-Fi was extremely important. Unfortunately, the connection did not work properly and kept cutting off during our team calls. When we informed the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do. Additionally, the phone in the room rang randomly twice over the weekend at around 7am, which was very frustrating when trying to rest after long working days. Communication was also difficult at times, as the English proficiency of the staff was limited, which made it hard to get messages across. Might be the last time here"

"The room was amazingly clean. Check in was fast and easy. Check out was a computerized self-checkout, which only took a couple of minutes. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price. Good variety of mostly western food. The gym was small with a stair climber, 2 treadmills and a bike. Conveniently located acrosss the street from Shimbashi Station, which has lots of good restaurants. Bed was softer than most Japanese hotel beds, and the room was larger than most Tokyo rooms. They have 2 robots or room deliveries. "

"銀座エリアでの滞在先として、非常に満足度の高いホテルでした。三越まで約150mと近く、買い物や食事にも徒歩で行けて便利です。東銀座駅からもアクセスが良く、羽田・成田どちらの空港にも行きやすい立地で助かりました。近くにコンビニが2軒あるのも地味にありがたいポイントです。 そして何より、ホテルそのものの快適さが素晴らしかったです。お部屋はゆったり過ごせるサイズ感で、洗濯乾燥機と電子レンジが部屋に備わっています。室内も清潔感があり、気持ちよく滞在できました。東急ステイには他の施設も利用したことがありますが、東急ステイ銀座は特に印象が良かったです。 なによりReFaのシャンプー・トリートメント、シャワー、ドライヤーが備え付けられていたのが本当に本当に嬉しい！！滞在中も髪のツヤを保てました。普段はホテルだと髪がパサつきがちなのですが、明らかに違いました。 防音面でも安心感があります。ドアがしっかりしていて、廊下の清掃の音で起こされることもなく快適でした。枕も硬さの違うものが用意されていて、部屋で選べるのも細やかな配慮だと感じました。1階に用意されているコーヒーやTEARTHという紅茶も美味しく、新聞のサービスもありがたかったです。 一点だけ希望を挙げると、テレビの国際ニュースチャンネルがCNNのみだったので、もし可能ならBBCなど他のチャンネルも選べるようになるとさらに嬉しいです。 予約の急な変更にも迅速に対応してくださり、フロントの方々もとても親切でした。ぜひまた宿泊したいと思います。ぜひ今後もこのクオリティを継続していただけたら嬉しいです。ありがとうございました。"
