It is a bit of a walk from Ginza station but with the amount of food we eat everyday, it’s a good exercise. I would come back to this hotel when staying in Ginza."

"Beautiful hotel lobby with views of Tokyo Tower. Staff was helpful and accommodating. I stayed for the marathon and the room had an amazing view from the bathtub - great for recovery! There were vending machines on each floor. Very walkable to the Ginza area with Seven-Eleven, Lawsons, and Family-Mart close by. "

"The rooms were clean and with a nice touch of having pajamas. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, polite and cheerful. This hotel is located right by the Ginza train line which makes it very convenient. Restaurants and bars around the area."

"1. Check in was great. Staff was helpful, and the check in process was smooth. 2. I got the 2108 room, horrible body odor. Told the staff twice, they said they were going to inform their manager but no one reached out to us. I knew coming here with reviews that mentioned of this body odor but didn't think it was true until we got into the room. 3. Stains on bedsheets and blanket. This was so unacceptable but having to tell the staff twice, we ended up sleeping on the couch because no one came to change the sheets and blanket. Having been here for 4 nights, this was one of the worst hotel we have stayed at. I expected better especially being in Ginza but my experience here fell short. Definitely not returning to this place when I revisit. "

"Excellent location in Ginza. Staff is nice, hotel is clean. Room is a little small. 10steps from the door to the other end of the room. I didn’t like the layout since bathroom is not separate from bed. But for Japan, it’s same efficient use of space. Breakfast buffet is very nice too."
