"The room size and cleanliness were excellent. Don't waste your money on the breakfast buffet. It was unappetizing and the hours of operation were not as posted as I was treated with much aggressiveness when I arrived at 10 am to get coffee and they had stop taking hot food orders but also had closed the area despite signage indicating that it closed at 10:30 am. Additionally, only those registered to the room are allowed above the lobby level. Therefore, my son could not help me with my luggage to the room and the staff was again very aggressive in communicating this. The check-in, while easy because it's all computer automated, was somewhat impersonal. Location is convenient to two subway stations and to all the major shopping in the Ginza area."
