" Staff were excellent all spoke English .The room was not clean ,found a water bottle under the bed and candies under the pull out bed ..free tea, snacks, up stairs was perfect as was the bar staff "

"My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"
