So close to Ginza shopping area location is unbeatable. New and nice clean interior, always smells nice in lobby. Nice Onsen you can relax everyday after a long shopping day. Will def choose this again next time

Nice, comfortable hotel in the heart of Ginza. I was a bit skeptical about this hotel as I had read some not so positive comments, but I actually found no flaws. The rooms are spacious for Japanese standards, they are clean and plenty of amenities were provided. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs serves lovely food, we decided to try it as we constantly saw locals and I’m so glad we did, it’s also very reasonably priced, particularly for the area.

The hotel is a great location near central Tokyo and Ginza so many shops, restaurants etc nearby. The staff at the hotel are all very efficient, friendly and helpful

Nice and clean, stylish room, perfect for 2 of us, lovely bathtub/shower, just what we needed for our exploring Tokyo, train service nearby and taxi service/uber was amazing

Great hotel and amazing location. We were in short waking distance of two metro stations which was super helpful and close to a lot of shops and amenities. Rooms were big and the area calm and quiet. The staff was super helpful and arrange early check in (¥4000 per hour) and helped us with our luggage forwarding when we left.
