Great location, great place.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

This hotel was amazing. Extremely clean, up to date and modern. Check in was extremely easy, all done on machines but staff there to help as well. The rooms were lovely, clean, modern, large window, large TV with lots of options of TV, movies etc to watch. Big mirrors in the room and clean bathroom. Fantastic location for subway links to everywhere. Loads of dining and bar options close by in the streets about a 5 min walk away. Comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. Plush feel. Had everything including laundry. Staff were super helpful. Highly recommend.

Relaxing stay, great for the start or end of a trip to Japan.

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

Lovely hotel, staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was very clean and well equipped. You get pretty much everything you could need (cutlery, crockery, soap, toothpaste etc). The washer/dryer was really nice to have, since you don't have to pay for laundry. The TV in the room was huge although there was no hdmi cable to plug a laptop in which would have been nice, although one can be bought for cheap. Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.

The concierge staff is very helpful and communication in English is easy. They've been very helpful with sorting out the luggage transfer for us to Osaka. They're breakfast is amazing as well!

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Breathtaking view of Tokyo station tracks and moving trains if choosing a railway viewing room. Reception staff are very professional and speak English well. Rooms are very clean with high standard amenities. JR bus service provides direct return transport at 1500 Yen/Adult single trip to the station which directly connects to the hotel. Minimum efforts for travellers. Abundant choice of restaurants and Daimaru department at the station are very handy.

Great stay at a nice hotel in a quieter part of Tokyo but still plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and close to Yotsuya station for exploring the city.

Great hotel in lovely neighbourhood

Excellent location, great for transport to anywhere, close to lots of dining options. In a quiet area away from the lively part but close enough to walk into in about 5 minutes. Very clean, good facilities very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is in restaurant opposite with great selection and quality food and drink choices. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
