"I will stay here again! It was really convenient to stay here. Staff are attentive and respectful. The location is also close to everything ; restaurants, Don Quijote Roppongi, Tokyo Tower , Shiba park, not far from Shibuya as well ! What a nice trip!"

"This was such an amazing stay. The ambiance of the hotel was so warm and welcoming, as were the staff. They’d refresh our room everyday without miss. I loved the dimmable lights. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with so many options, we’d go late morning so there’d usually be a wait but it moved very quickly. It was always worth the wait. Whenever we go back to Tokyo I will look forward to staying here again!"

"Great hotel. Central location. Shinjuku station was easy walk. Great for getting anywhere. Hotel clean and comfortable. Plenty to eat and see. Nightlife outside was interesting but did not interfere with enjoyment of hotel stay. Godzilla theme was cool."

"The location is perfect , located on top of a metro station you can literally take the escalator to the metro right outside the front door. There’s a family mart a short distance from the hotel, this was an excellent discovery while on the trip, would definitely stay here again"

"Staff and amenities were excellent, but room condition was not thoroughly clean upon arrival. We found trash under the bed and behind the nightstand. There were also stains on the couch, and the bathroom had black mold in the grout and drain and a bad smell. We let them know about the mold and they did a thorough cleaning of the bathroom which helped. We did appreciate the washer/dryer and mini kitchen in the unit."

"I don’t know why people rave about this hotel , except that is well located , next to Roppongi metro station . The room was not cleaned property , the red decorative blanket on the bed was dirty ( looked like vomit, yuk ) . Hotels should get rid of these, we all know they don’t washed between guests ! And don’t they’ll me the cleaning staff did not see that. They just placed it on the bed, dirty part down , thinking the next guest won’t see it ? Disgusting ! Also , one of the large towels had long , black hair in it . Yuk again. I went down to the reception and one of the gentleman there came to me to the room at my request , to remove the two items . He offered to give me another room, but by that time I had already unpacked and I was not going to redo the whole process all over again . I told him that I expect him to inform his manager about my findings and that I expect an apology from him, but nobody contacted me. This is how much they care about their clients 🤔.The chair in the room was dirty too and the bathroom had a foul smell . The room was extremely tiny, and it had no stand for your carry on to unpack. They need one of these, it can placed under the table. The check in & out were fast and efficient. The only plus was that they had more types of tea by reception ( none of the other hotels had anything but green tea), but no face cream or makeup remover like every other hotel had . I won’t stay here again, a clean hotel is a must for me and this was not clean ."
