"It was an amazing location for first timers, close to the metro, the airport limousine does a stop on the hotel so it is very convenient. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby. "Very close to Shinagawa Station yet still a very quiet room. Lots of amenities nearby including restaurants, 7 Eleven, drug store... Only downside was the room was a bit warm and A/C was not very effective."

"Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. A lot of local restaurants within walking distance. They were all very good. The hotel restaurant seems to be very popular as there is always a line. I only tried the breakfast buffet, which was really nice with good selections, especially the traditional Japanese breakfast options."

"This hotel was amazing!!! Check in was smooth l. I stayed in the annex building which was about a 2 minute walk from the main building. Rooms are clean and the washer and dryer is a huge bonus!! Super close to a family mart which made my stay 100x better. In addition the hotel was close to Shibuya station and restaurants which made travel and eating a whole lot easier. I would recommend this place to other guests. I will probably book Tokyo Stay each time in Tokyo."
