"This location was excellent! This was our second trip to Tokyo and we knew we wanted to be near the heart of Shibuya and this is the spot! It is in walking distance to everything fun in the area and surrounded by great shopping and restaurants. The rooms were beautiful - a little small but larger than most in the downtown area. The decor was inviting and had a cool vibe. They left fun treats for us like bath salts and chocolates. The views from the rooms were gorgeous! The staff was super responsive and kind. The breakfast was great! Such a huge variety and all delicious. Highly recommend adding that on to your room stay."

"Great breakfast and clean rooms"

"I got the queen mattress and the room was still very small. Bathroom was extremely small and for some reason it’s not flat on the ground. Room was pretty much the bed. I love the coffee and barely attached but k wouldn’t eat there much as I came to try local food. Not the furthest from the station but it’s a 15 min walk everytime you come back. Always had issues with busses drop me off close. Very nice park and very close to a Familymart and close to a bus stop"

"I hope this hotel can have a floor or area provide free flow coffee and ice cubes. This hotel seem a bit old but the room is huge and can place 2 large luggage’s on the floor. The best part is the 7-11 at basement is having most of the popular foods to try."

"Clean rooms and staff are helpful "

"Such an amazing hotel. Great coffee shop in lobby. Washer/ dryer in our room so it was so easy to do our laundry. Mini stove and bigger fridge with pots making cooking accessible and microwave in room as well. We were able to make everything in our room rather than leaving to use a microwave or washer/ dryer. Very clean and very sweet staff. They let us deliver our bags and kept them for us for a few days before we arrive to our hotel which eased the burden on us. Even after we checked out they held onto our bags before we had to leave to the airport. Would 100% recommend. Great spot in shibuya walking to shops and crossing was soo easy"

"Everything was perfect , except the washing and specially dryers were not working properly. We have to wait 60 minutes and to dry the materials at the end they were not dried at all."

"Great location with some special Godzilla advantages right in the middle of all the action, but the hotel has less resort features."
