"The broken garbage bags and filth from the bar across the street from the hotel were strewn everywhere, including the entryway to the Shibuya Hotel En. The stench was there as you entered. Other clients entered the hotel yelling and bumping walls from their clubbing and drinking until 4 AM. However, those greeting at the desk were courteous, kind, and helpful. "
