"I haven't done a Capsule Hotel EVER. It was my first go at it. It was really an interesting experience. You have to go expecting that you DO NOT have your own room, or really your own private space. Even the capsule that you stay in you really can't leave stuff in there. You'll have to lock up stuff in your locker, and have to leave between 11-3pm daily. BUT they do have a sauna for men. haha I totally have mixed feelings on this experience, but far as you have a place to sleep. And location is pretty amazing, right next to golden gai. BASICALLY: Go in there with expectations that YOURE NOT AT THE FOUR SEASONS, and you have a place to sleep and a solid location to base out of. You'll be in good shape. Would i do it again...? Mmmmmm ~ i'll leave it to pricing options in the area, but if i'm gonna be in Shinjiku and want to pay minimal. Yes i would."

"We were shocked by the extremely small room upon check in. I was pleased the Shinjuku Prince staff worked hard to accommodate us and offer a fair, but pricey upgrade option to a bigger room. Once in this room, we had some issues with noise, but the floor staff were responsive and helped address this problem. All things considered, our stay was enjoyable and if you want to be close to activity- the Shinjuku Prince offers an unbeatable location in this key Tokyo ward."

"I hope this hotel can have a floor or area provide free flow coffee and ice cubes. This hotel seem a bit old but the room is huge and can place 2 large luggage’s on the floor. The best part is the 7-11 at basement is having most of the popular foods to try."

"Staff were extremely friendly, breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious! Was close to many parts of Shinjuku and about 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Station"

"Everything was perfect , except the washing and specially dryers were not working properly. We have to wait 60 minutes and to dry the materials at the end they were not dried at all."
