"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"
"A little bit far from JR, but it will be a good digestive walk for your topped off stomach. Check out time is 10 AM, it would be great if it’s 1pm. But they offer free locker after check out. "

Top Shinjuku NS Building Hotel Reviews
Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel is in the heart of Shinjuku (think Times Square in NY). Many eating options around and Shinjuku station is just a few minutes away. This is not a 'quiet spot' it is a bustling and high energy location which is what we wanted. Very exciting location."
"An Incredibles stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very proficient in English for that matter. They were also very patient with my broken Japanese. I felt right at home even after taking a tumble outside. We went to the front desk upon entry and the staff saw my knee, came back and helped me disinfect and bandage my cut - incredible service. The location is excellent, and the building is beautiful extremely tall."
"I had a great stay at Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku! The room had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji (on clear days) and we could also see the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building’s light show at night, which was such a cool bonus.
The location is super convenient — really close to metro lines, tons of shopping, and all the nightlife Shinjuku has to offer. It made getting around and exploring Tokyo really easy.
Breakfast was excellent with a nice mix of Japanese and Western options. Whether you’re into traditional Japanese breakfast or prefer something more familiar like eggs and toast, they’ve got you covered.
The staff were also amazing — really friendly and helpful the whole time. You can tell they take pride in their service.
Definitely planning to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo. Highly recommend it!

"It is surrounded with tons of stores around. We enjoyed the restaurant at the ground floor. The cleanliness of the building is phenomenol. One of the busiest street but the experience was amazing. The waiting time for elevator is an opportunity, wish there is a stair to use as alternative. "
"Great location and great facilities, rooms are a little small but that’s expected in Japan. Only downside is the toppers on the beds kept sliding off! Besides that, we had a great stay. "
"5 min walk to Shinjuku station. Lot of restaurants and shopping in area. Very safe area. Rooms are clean and reasonable size. Vending machine /Self serve laundry service/ machine on some of the floor for all guess to use. Staff are friendly and on site restaurant serve very nice Japanese style breakfast buffet"
"Everything was great... only down side is when they do the room cleaning every 3 days (which I love) but the times they get to your room is between 8am to 2pm... it varies day by day (makes sense on how busy they are) but the maids wont clean the room while you are in there (which kinnda sucks)"
