"Great staff, clean room. Only complaint is the heat was on full power and I could but turn it off, room hot and dry. I had to drink almost 2 liters of water to get through the night. Window could not open. "

I was staying on the godzilla floor and the view from the room was breathtaking. you could see the whole city for miles. I see myself coming back to this hotel next time I'm in Japan. "Would recommend. We stayed here for the first 3 days of our family trip. Rooms were great and had lovely views over Tokyo. The cute pajamas they gave you were super comfy. Area was right in the thick of things. Only negative, check-in was a bit messy(you use machines rather than working with humans which was a bit of a pain point and not the warmest greeting.) you sort of want a human touch after a 10 hour flight. However the staff was always eager to please. "
