"This is a great hotel, although yes the room is very small, it wasn’t the worst thing… most of the time my boyfriend and I aren’t in the room anyways and we each had one luggage + backpack and it was fine but if you’re someone that travels with more than that or then the rooms probably won’t work for you. Overall I loved it. It’s affordable, great location and the worth the stay. I would definitely recommend and come back "

"I heard staff speaking english and chinese very well. Location is very close to the train station. They helped shipped our luggages to our next hotel. Room is reasonably sized and bathroom was nice. I would stay here again!"

"Loved the location of Sotetsu Fresa Inn, it’s convenient for walking and getting around with three train entrances nearby. Will definitely recommend and consider for next trip!"

"Onsen was clean and maintained well. No gym. Laundry takes time to dry (took us more than 1 hour with separated clothes) and many lints attach to clothes. Washers are detergent-free I believe using alkaline water, which I can attest works! Odor and grime gone. Rooms were sufficient but tight. Service and cleanliness were excellent! Checking in and out is a breeze. Also, on your check-out day, you can still leave your luggage in the hotel the whole day if you plan to travel around more. No wonder many recommend Apa for first time visitors."
