"We stayed here for 5 nights during our trip to Tokyo. This was our first time in Japan and this hotel had everything we needed. The rooms are small, but very clean and have everything you need. The staff were helpful checking us in after a long day of travel and set up luggage forwarding to our next hotel when we were ready to leave. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Tokyo. "
"The hotel was well positioned in a lively area. They kept my bags until check-in time allowing me to explore. Everything worked smoothly with the app they used to identify luggage - they were VERY busy but remained polite and helpful.
The room was perfect for the stay and I enjoyed use of the public bath after days walking around Tokyo and to Nagano to see the snow monkeys.
I'd recommend this hotel - just make sure you put the right one in the satnav as there are a few with very similar names! "
"Súper small rooms but that’s very typical of Japan. Two people barely fit in one room and you will have to be creative about how you organize. Otherwise, if you just need a place to sleep, this is the place. It’s central to everything in Shinjuku including the train station. I would stay here again. "
