This hotel was quite excellent especially for my family of four! Everything was nice and clean for us to use, comfortable to sleep on, and great for us to rest as we explored Japan. All the nearby shops and restuarants were just as amazing and the staff were very polite. Honestly one of the best hotels we've stayed in and we thank the Marumi Hotel for what they gave us.

Friendly front desk, they tried their best to accommodate our requests. Found the rooms to be quite spacious (for Japan standards!) and very clean. It was too bad the rooms didn’t come with any toiletries but they were available in the lobby. Overall a good experience booking here

I accidentally booked for two people so it messed up my check-in. I was able to email and get it fixed. Quick response and the staff was so helpful. When I arrived it was an easy check in and again the staff was very kind. The room was very unique and I loved it. Not the greatest location but also not the worst. Overall a great experience:)

We had a family suite rooms- two bedrooms and an ante room. Felt like having a small apartment. The area is interesting, kind of residential, very mellow, not many tourists. Decent restaurant downstairs at street fur convenience. Helpful staff.

Great little hotel. It was very very clean. Loved it. Our room looked just like the photos. The only thing for tourist, it is a bit of a walk from the nearest station 10-15 mins.

Very cozy small and quiet hotel. Great spot if you want to be away from the busy streets of Tokyo but not too far away. It is a bit of a walk to get to a station though so be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes to and from a train station. Overall a great experience and I would seriously recommend consider staying again.

Great hotel that is clean and has very friendly staff! About a 10 - 15 walk to Sensoji temple and Asakusa Station. It was great for our family because of the proximity to the subway and the neighborhood was a little more on the quieter side of things. Family Mart is right around the corner and 7-11 is within 5 minutes. Laundry is on the first floor of the hotel, which was great. Disneyland is about a 45 minute commute.
