"Location, price, quality, service, were all terrific. There is a bakery on the premises along with a Tapas restaurant where the food was delicious. The only concerns were that the beds were much too hard for us and the air conditioning did not work resulting in the room being a bit warm. With the latter, the windows do open so we were able to maintain a comfortable temperature by opening the window. Also, the room was small but perhaps not unusual for Shinjiku at this price point."

"The stay was fantastic. Fabio, the breakfast manager, was outstanding and really made us feel welcome. He went out of his way to provide us tour recommendations and of courses, our breakfast was always perfect with him there. Thank you Fabio!!"

"I really liked the place, I would go back. The only thing I really didn't like was that you can't be in the hotel from 10 am to 3 am because they're cleaning! They could easily have left the floor with the dining areas open. And the other thing I didn't like was that you can't leave your luggage at the hotel after you leave."

"We had a great 3 night stay here! We were on the Godzilla floor. Our son loved it. Room was a good size for the 3 of us. Would recommend! "

"Perfect place if you want to be at the center of it all. Didn’t really use many of the amenities because we were just using the room to sleep then would get on with our day but it has everything you need. The beds are clean, they give you clean towels, Japanese robes, toiletries daily. Housekeeping comes every 2-3 days unless you request them to clean sooner than that. Overall a it’s great hotel for someone who just wants a clean place to stay at before tackling on your activities the next day "

"Very very small room and bathroom. I understand this to be the average size in Japan but if you're tall/big I'd encourage you to look elsewhere. The air conditioning only seemed to run hot so we had to have the window open and the main road was extremely noisy throughout the night meaning we did not sleep well for the 4 nights we were there. Subway stations nearby and close to the golden gai area and shinjuku centre. "
