Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

After travelling for over 25 hours we arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by an extremely friendly member of staff who took our baggage and led us to the individual desk where you check in. Excellent location directly above Shibuya station. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good amenities e.g. a room for heating and eating food, however for this size of hotel there are far too few laundry machines, they were always busy. Room spacious (by Japan standards) and very clean. Breakfast fairly expensive, but with a good range of (both Japanese and western) food.
