Staff and service was excellent. Can’t say anything bad about the hotel itself. Also very business friendly. The buffet breakfast is also excellent but dining in the crossroads kitchen can be expensive. Beware about times, dining ends early in the area and you may be find yourself out of options very fast but there are options open until later at a somewhat walking distance (+800m)

Great hotel for our first few nights in Japan. Close enough to the excitement of Shinjuku without the noise or chaos. Easily walkable and felt safe. We had a king room on the high floor, which was in excellent condition, comfortable, and having the 7-11 just downstairs was great. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel! Great hotel restaurants, nice whiskey bar on the second floor, & close to a 7/11 & Family Mart for snacks! Also loved gym and the beautiful views. We would stay here again.
