Having previously stated in a branded hotel not too far away that had left me disappointed decided to ask for a local reference. Mystays was referred. It’s a few mins walk from Omari station. Great local hotel in Kamata ideally situated between 2 train stations on different lines and near restaurants and all the shops. Perfect for Haneda airport as they offer a shuttle service as well. Breakfast is a mix of Japanese and a limited western selection - scrambled eggs were delicious. The hotel may be a bit dated but it's clean and perfectly functional. For me this hotel was cheaper than the 2 capsule hotels I had booked the nights before. Recommended.

This was my last stop in Tokyo. I was flying out early, so this seemed to be the most convenient hotel. Unfortunately, I arrived later than planned. This was my fault, amongst other things, I didn't realise there were two KEIKYU EX INN's close to one another. This is not the one near ZEPP HANEDA. They have a bus that takes you to the airport which was wonderful. For what I needed, this hotel was perfect. Definitely worth it if you need to be at the airport early.
