"The hotel was within 15 minutes walk to T&T and shopping area. It is close to the airport and there are shuttles every hour. The room was quite spacious. But our window was facing Marine Drive and traffic was busy. I hung my face cloth in the washroom but was gone after the second day. Not sure if ..."

"We actually stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel since the HI Express was closed for renovations. The front desk clerk helped us find a Saturday evening mass and arranged taxi transportation to and from church. She was very persistent in making sure we were taken care of!"
