I have been stayed here regularly for 8 years, as I come to the Lower Mainland for business. However, since the last summer to today, I think it's quite different. The staff was probably overwhelmed . It took me 15 mins to check -in. I think front desk probably had trouble finding the booking of the guest before me. inside the room, I can tell the microwave was removed. As the space was empty. The fridge was still there. The most disappointing part is the bagged breakfast. The reason why I kept booking this place was due to their designated breakfast area. With bagels and waffles before. Now you only received a brown bag with some energy bars.. There are other options in Richmond, again, this place is no longer like before the covid. The good part is the location is 5 mins walk from Bridgeport station. 10 mins to major grocery chain.. For the amount of money difference with breakfast or no breakfast, I wouldnt hesitate to book without the breakfast.. unless the price difference reflects so. The brown bag items certain is not worth to pay 10--20.00 different from other expedia hotels nearby.
