We stayed here for the free airport shuttle which was fine. You book a time at the front desk and they were very prompt bringing us to the airport. Otherwise rooms were clean and quiet. Nothing special about the hotel. Walking from the train was slightly challenging with our luggage and there were no sidewalks. Standard free breakfast (waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, apple juice and coffee).

Not worth the money spent. Drinking water is not provided, have seen that first time. Breakfast had no options, just breads and cereals. Didn't even have some eggs or anything else to have with the breads.

I selected pay at the property but I got charged on the credit card the day before, when I got there for check in, he couldn’t fix the wrong card charge plus he demanded the same card for damage deposit which I don’t understand why it had to be same card. Room was clean but there was brown spot on the bottom of the tub that threw me off to take a tub. Breakfast don’t have many hot food option, they only had pre-cooked egg patties. Location was convenient and close to the airport but I won’t be staying there again for the money I paid…

Close proximity to the Richmond Night Market and there’s an Asian grocery store across the street. Accessible parking on site and street parking. Limited breakfast options. The room was clean for the most part, I found a pair of socks under the bed and some towels had brown stains. The desk staff were helpful and checking in/out was fairly simple. I would stay here again if my only purpose was to visit the night market.

They were a nice hotel with a decent breakfast. They did make me pay for an additional room for my five year old daughter despite us sharing a bed with her. Nice shuttle to the airport and reliable. Close to the train to go into downtown Vancouver.
