Breathtaking view of Tokyo station tracks and moving trains if choosing a railway viewing room. Reception staff are very professional and speak English well. Rooms are very clean with high standard amenities. JR bus service provides direct return transport at 1500 Yen/Adult single trip to the station which directly connects to the hotel. Minimum efforts for travellers. Abundant choice of restaurants and Daimaru department at the station are very handy.

Tokyo Dome Hotel is a good place to stay and I would recommend that anyone visiting the city considers it. It is in an excellent location, next to the Tokyo Dome itself (obviously), some shops, a funfair and a railway station. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are bigger than I expected. The staff are very professional and friendly but for international travellers, be aware that very little English is spoken in the hotel. I think I’ll stay here every time I travel to Tokyo. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious with breathtaking views. Great transport links to the underground metro and the swanky yarikamome line. It’s more on the 5 star side than 4 star. Will definitely be back.

So close to Ginza shopping area location is unbeatable. New and nice clean interior, always smells nice in lobby. Nice Onsen you can relax everyday after a long shopping day. Will def choose this again next time

We stayed in a junior suite as we were a family of 3 - I can highly recommend this option as we had a huge room on the 20th floor (2023) with fabulous views of the Tokyo tower and skyline, two king size beds and a single, plus a living room / dining area and small kitchen space. We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! It was absolutely wonderful and in the best location. I had the best time and the hotel really made the trip. Spacious rooms and a great bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Many amenities available for all guests. Secure access to the lifts to rooms. Ice cold water available on the floor of the rooms which was a huge bonus. English was available in every way we needed it available. Fantastic location for subway links to everywhere. Loads of dining and bar options close by in the streets about a 5 min walk away. Comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. Plush feel. Had everything including laundry. Staff were super helpful. Highly recommend.
