"I am a frequent customer at Dormy Inn Hotels including the Kanda one. My only reservation this time was the location of the room. I’d say try to avoid staying on any floor with room number ending 16. It faces into the armpit of the building with the only view being machinery like aircon outlets very close by and it was very dark, no view of other buildings or anything.
