Tokyo Dome Hotel is a good place to stay and I would recommend that anyone visiting the city considers it. It is in an excellent location, next to the Tokyo Dome itself (obviously), some shops, a funfair and a railway station. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are bigger than I expected. The staff are very professional and friendly but for international travellers, be aware that very little English is spoken in the hotel. Good hotel. Usual fairly small but perfectly comfortable Tokyo room. Very good Japanese style breakfast served on 10th floor with good views over Iidabashi. Hotel is well situated approx 5 mins walk from JR/Metro IIdabashi station and a Family Mart and and a great Japanese supermarket a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Great hotel close to metro line, helpful staff and with a washing machine in the room. Highly recommend!

We loved staying in Asakusa and the Asakusa View Hotel Annex Rokku. Reasonably spacious room in a quiet (weekdays) area. Great amenities. Convenient location to shops and restaurants. A great stay!

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Great hotel. Rooms could be small for 2 people but are clean and contain everything you will need for a stay. Staff can speak English and are exceptionally friendly. Onsen is great, though it’s worth noting that you can hear the trains outside when sitting in the bath. Not loud enough to be to any detriment though.

Great location near Asakusa station. Perfect for travelling around Tokyo and going to Haneda airport. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Room was spacious for Tokyo standard and had large beds. Very modern and comfortable. Just wish theyd got a bar at the hotel for evening drinks after a day out.

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Many amenities available for all guests. Secure access to the lifts to rooms. Ice cold water available on the floor of the rooms which was a huge bonus. English was available in every way we needed it available. The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Excellent transport links to anywhere in Tokyo, lovely walk by Sumida River to all the local parks, temples , restaurants and shops. Staff were sp courteous, polite and very helpful. Also really enjoyed the shared lounge space.

Stay was great as always, good sized rooms, clean, aiport limosine, friendly. Only problem we had was that the laundry room isnt big enough for the size of the hotel, had to wait hours to get a machine then when we did the machine doesnt dry the clothes properly and people remove your clothes before the alotted 30 min period

I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever.

So close to Ginza shopping area location is unbeatable. New and nice clean interior, always smells nice in lobby. Nice Onsen you can relax everyday after a long shopping day. Will def choose this again next time

The marketing of the Hotel included a swimming pool that was the reason i booked the Hotel in the first place. The swimming pool was not available until the last weekend of my stay. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful trying to find alternative options for swimming, even though that was not possible.

Loved the onsen to relax at the end of a busy day. The air con meant we were comfortable after a hot humid day. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great, right next to two train stations. Fairly quiet area compared to other options.

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.
