"Decent sized room. Clean, with coffee, tea and water refilled every day. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and never ran out! Staff were polite and very eager to assist. Location is in a quiet area but within easy walking distance to two subway lines and a selection of local restaurants. The hotel has two microwaves available for guest use, so one evening we decided to buy food from Ito Yokado supermarket and had the meal in our room. The hotel even provided us with some plates and utensils! We can definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when we visit."

"Hotel Metropolitan is located in the Sapia Tower right next to Tokyo station. The location is perfect. We had a window view of Tokyo station, which was beautiful at night. The staff was incredibly kind and so easy to talk to. I would stay here again next time I am in Tokyo. "

"Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. A lot of local restaurants within walking distance. They were all very good. The hotel restaurant seems to be very popular as there is always a line. I only tried the breakfast buffet, which was really nice with good selections, especially the traditional Japanese breakfast options."

"Staff was nice, room was cleaned when you asked. Bed is small but doable. Many convenience stores close by, a few cafes too. Less than a 10 min walk to the Tokyo dome. "

"Great location, right outside of Kanda station, and is convenient for accessing other parts of Tokyo. I loved that there was a Lawsons close by. The staff was very helpful, and I basically had everything that I needed during my stay. Check in and check out was incredibly smooth also. I liked that the lobby had a daily selection of tea and bath salts, among other things. The room was also very nice. I found the lighting options made my stay feel more at home, and the dividing wall between the bed and walkway makes the room feel more like an apartment. There are izakaya around and it is a business district, which I think contributes to the occasional loud noise at night, but it wasn’t a big deal for me — just something to note if that’s a factor for anyone. Overall I had an enjoyable stay. "
