Awesome hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Superb large spacious classy room with kitchenette, lounge and double beds. Stylish modern Japanese style. Onsen and gym were cherries on the cake. Highly recommend

Our second stay - it seems a lot of Brits end up here! Great check in and breakfast staff, love the wine dispenser in the lobby, and the room was spotless.

Absolutely amazing hotel with amazing food and facilities. Located next to subway station so easy to get around. My only hesitancy in staying again would be bedbugs, but I know these are problematic in Japan

Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.

Lovely hotel near tube stations making it the perfect stay for our trip to Tokyo. Staff very respectful and helpful, as was everyone on Tokyo! Would stay again

Breathtaking view of Tokyo station tracks and moving trains if choosing a railway viewing room. Reception staff are very professional and speak English well. Rooms are very clean with high standard amenities. JR bus service provides direct return transport at 1500 Yen/Adult single trip to the station which directly connects to the hotel. Minimum efforts for travellers. Abundant choice of restaurants and Daimaru department at the station are very handy.

A very well located hotel, very close to Tokyu station and a short walk to lively Ginza district. Very clean, comfortable, well equipped room. Ideal for a city centre stay

The marketing of the Hotel included a swimming pool that was the reason i booked the Hotel in the first place. The swimming pool was not available until the last weekend of my stay. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful trying to find alternative options for swimming, even though that was not possible.

We stayed in a junior suite as we were a family of 3 - I can highly recommend this option as we had a huge room on the 20th floor (2023) with fabulous views of the Tokyo tower and skyline, two king size beds and a single, plus a living room / dining area and small kitchen space. The room came with a free minibar, restocked at every room clean or turn down, as well as access to a club lounge (think business class lounge) with free food and drink throughout the day. So close to Ginza shopping area location is unbeatable. New and nice clean interior, always smells nice in lobby. Nice Onsen you can relax everyday after a long shopping day. Will def choose this again next time

Absolutely brilliant stay in Tokyo - the surrounding area is great with plenty of food and drink options. Not very touristy, and sitting in Shiba Park on an evening is a great way to wind down a day. The rest of Tokyo is easily accessible with nearby Metro Stops and further access through Hamamatsucho Station. Cannot reccomend enough!

Didn’t use the amenities, but the staff at the front desk were very helpful with sending my luggage on to the next hotel

Great hotel. Rooms could be small for 2 people but are clean and contain everything you will need for a stay. Staff can speak English and are exceptionally friendly. Onsen is great, though it’s worth noting that you can hear the trains outside when sitting in the bath. Not loud enough to be to any detriment though.

The hotel was located in a really good spot right next to the station and the staff were very friendly! The rooms were maintained very well and the housekeeping was done well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel was very nice , great facilities including drinks available, all the essentials in the small kitchenette and staff very friendly. If I had to pick one area to improve it would be the breakfast could be more varied and include more fresh fruit, but really was an excellent base in Tokyo for a short stay.
