"Breakfast was okay, I came at around 8:20 and the food was cold but it was good and the service was lovely. Laundry machines are limited to 4 driers and washers, would recommend going early in the morning. Staff tried their best to be accommodating and did very well. Express checkout is a nice touch. Clean linens were at the door every day. When staying, please keep in mind staircases are not for general use, and elevators get extremely busy during checkout time. Would recommend getting downstairs before having to wait 10-15 minutes."

"Staff are friendly and when unavailable, are easy to contact. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom, sink and a bunk for 2. It was clean, easily accessible and extremely close to the station. Unfortunately, since it is also partially a hostel, other guest’s’ attitudes can vary but overall, everyone was respectful and clean. Recommended for an inexpensive and clean stay with good access to public transportation and local street shopping. "

"This is a little hotel, it's not a 4* hotel, it's a 3*, but staff is nice, room was clean, and breakfast was good. I am saying this because the hotel's space is very limited, doesn't have a real entrance, you go through a bar/restaurant-pizzeria to get to elevators in order to get to 2nd level and to a tiny reception, and has no real 4* amenities, and room is pretty small, with sink on the hallway. If you don't mind these little details, the stay was Ok, and staff very friendly."
