"Overall experience was great with upscale facilities. The self-serviced laundry facility was a plus. Only comments are difficulties communicating with staff due to language barrier. Also, hotel should consider having more English speaking TV channels available in the rooms."

The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. .Great location close to the Ginza District and the Imperial Palace. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. "

"Location of this hotel is excellent. Very close to the subway, beautiful parks and Imperial Palace, and convenience stores. Area is quiet, which is a nice break from the busy areas of the city. Amenities and breakfast was average. The hotel is older but well kept. Good value for what you get. "

"Very expensive but very nice hotel right across from Tokyo station. It’s 5 star. The only reason I give it 4 starts is for the value. $700 usd per night is expensive for a nice hotel room. "

"Carpets in rooms were dirty. Smelled like they’ve never been steam cleaned. Staff were not apologetic when we’re told we booked the room for 3 people but only given 2 sets of everything. "
