One of the great hotels of the world! Simply outstanding

From the moment we walked in to the lobby we knew this was going to be a stunning hotel, the lifts even had chandeliers in!! I could not fault anything at all. The room was stunning and the view was amazing!! The staff were so kind and helpfull and the location was perfect, it is right next to Tokyo station. we will definitely stay here again if we visit Tokyo.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi for the first six nights of our trip to Japan and returned again for another five nights before flying home. During our first trip to Tokyo we got a super deal on this hotel from Expedia - more than 50% cheaper than other 5* hotels in Tokyo, but without any compromise on what you would expect from The Peninsula Hotel brand. This hotel is in the centre of Tokyo, in an area compared to Mayfair in London - brilliant starting point! Nice short stay, everyone was very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We arrived with our toddler (2.5 years) - who the staff made such a fuss of. We stayed on the executive floor which was great to have access to the lounge and breakfast - the views are amazing! We also made use of the lounge for the afternoon tea and cocktails on occasion too. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet - there was a play park nearby. Close to transport links and great options for food nearby - the hotel recommended some excellent take out options...

We were extremely well received at the Executive reception. The view of the Skytree from our room was wonderful. The view from the Exec Lounge was even beter and the service was first class. The room was lovely with all amenities. Breakfast was good and as we were leaving early on the Wednesday they left us a lovely selection of buns and croissants for the trip to the airport. This is an excellent hotel.

Hotel is efficient and modern with great facilities and restaurants. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The China Blue restaurant was spectacular

Lovely hotel near tube stations making it the perfect stay for our trip to Tokyo. Staff very respectful and helpful, as was everyone on Tokyo! Would stay again

Hotel was in an incredible location, overlooking Tokyo. It was on top of multiple metro stations making travelling Tokyo easy. The hotel itself was incredible with huge and luxurious rooms. The service was 2nd to none also.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, great staff. Highly recommend.
