"Conveniently located at the Tokyo station with easy access to all Tokyo districts by train. Property is great for longer stays for couples. Good access to food and drinks around the area too"
"Convenient location, quiet with plenty of great food and drink nearby. Access to several subway lines and a great food district made this a great stay. "
"Fantastic hotel experience. Many wonderful touches and gestures that made a memorable traditional feeling stay. Rooms and bathrooms exceptional. Service a little out of touch with international high end hotel norms and protocols, but overall highly recommended. "

10/10 Excellent
"Staff was very helpful. Location was very nice and quiet. "
"We were in town for a Giants game at Tokyo Dome and this was son convenient... Midway between Tokyo Central and the Tokyo Dome and right on multiple subway lines. Family of 4 with 2 teenage boys and we stayed in the family suite. Very spacious.. great property in every way "
"Every was great , amenities are excellent . Only complaint is about bey to Small and pillow are really bad . Tv option for English speakers guests are almost none . Control remote ata in Japanese . If you like to Watch any tv ? Forget about it .!"
"Great hotel located very close to Tokyo Station and multiple train lines. We found it easy to navigate to the popular tourist destinations on the trains from the hotel with the exception of Teamlabs Planet which we took a cab to.
We had a triple room with three single beds, separate toilet, and a shower/sink area. Good design of space and very clean room.
Front counter staff were all very helpful. The hotel has umbrellas to borrow and they allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. The hospitality room was a nice bright open space with a few snacks available. Two laundry machines available and were in high use.
