"enjoyed my stay at this hotel! having the restaurant in the hotel was a nice option. japanese breakfast was delicious. staff were wonderfully attentive and available always. had no problem with requesting towels or any toiletries - the cleaning schedule made sense. beds and pillows were very comfortable. we stayed in the triple room - 3 adults: the room was on the smallish side but we made it work. there was enough surface area to be able to leave some of your belongings out. i havent stayed in many tokyo hotels but it seemed pretty on par with the other hotels i've stayed at. the one big plus was that they were three individual beds and not like two beds and a sofa bed. the only thing was that while there were a lot of train options, they were all mostly at least a 6-10 minute walk away depending on fast you walk. it wasn't too far but it was far enough to be annoying especially at the end of the day when you're just tired and want to get back to your room. no fault of the hotel's but still something i think to take note of. "

"The room was absolutely fabulous! Every employee of the hotel went above and beyond the call of duty. Our drinks at the bar were fantastic! We were very impressed with our dinner at Tapas molecular bar. It was an unforgettable experience! We enjoyed meeting and interacting with Chef Kento! "

"Hotel spotless , staff were very helpful and friendly everywhere, superb breakfast with excellent fresh croissants and scrambled eggs with hot little sausages were very much appreciated. Also great central location, only 3 mins walk away from Otemachi station and 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station be warned though , you must always check the exit number of the station is the one you want as it takes a long time to walk back if you don’t and it’s very easy to get lost then. "

"While the room was a little cozy (I'm 6'3) the room was still very comfortable and I did not feel cramped. Staff was beyond helpful and always very courteous. No onsite dining, but next door and within a couple blocks an array of great restaurants. Thanks for the recommendation! "

"One of the best locations in Nihonbashi. Right next to Tokyo Station. Tons of great restaurants. Two dept stores close by, Daimaru and Takashimaya. Easy to get to other spots in city. Quieter area, less crowded, has everything you need. The rooms are spacious with kitchen and washer dryer. Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend."

"Stayed here three time in total; between 3-10 nights at a time. If you're looking for somewhere to just sleep and then you're out the whole day, you can't beat it for value. Really big locker, amazing showers and comfy sleeping pod. Also 40 minutes away from HND!"
