"I recently stayed at The Leela Palace Chennai, and while we faced several challenges during our stay, I would especially like to appreciate Duty Manager Arghya Sarkar. We had issues with the room, AC, and food service, which left us quite disappointed initially. However, when we met Mr. Arghya Sarkar, everything changed in terms of how we felt as guests. He was extremely polite, patient, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns without interruption and handled the situation with professionalism and empathy. In hospitality, problems can happen — but what truly matters is how they are handled. Mr. Sarkar’s calm demeanor, respectful communication, and sincere effort to make things right made a real difference to us. " a pleasant stay here, but the Westin at Velachery does not provide adequate facilities for drivers. There is only one bathroom available for around 50 drivers. Because of this, I would hesitate to stay here again."
