Beautiful room although a little noisy as on front near main road. Staff very attentive and friendly. Contacted ahead of stay and were met at airport and taken to hotel efficiently. Food very nice. Only in hotel 18 hours though. 2 Points: the nice restaurant (Elephant room) did not open until 7pm, ...
Stayed for a couple of days in November. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent food. Various cuisines - South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Italian, on offer. Excellent masala chai, filter coffee(kapi), snacks, main course and desserts. Excellent service - all the way from the front desk to the ...
Fantastic hospitality great ambiance and over friendly staff. Hotel mailly caters for the business traveller with the holiday traveller well looked after.
Service was really good, and the food was excellent as usual. Only minor thing I noticed in the shower was broken and was not repaired. Little inconvenience with taking shower, but not a biggy.
We reached the hotel around 7 pm, checking process was smooth and what's best was the room. It was spacious with all amenities that you would expect at home. It was home away from home experience. The infinity pool looked beautiful. Breakfast spread was decent and adequate.
Fantastic hotel with great amenities, service, and facilities! Would definitely recommend!
I have stayed at the Hotel a number of times and will continue to use the hotel. Unfortunately the rooms do need redecorating and refreshing. The staff at the hotel more than make up for it though the level of service is excellent and the food is outstanding.
Nice hotel with good facilities, nice restaurant/ dining options and near the metro Staff were very accommodating with check-in and check-out as well as organising onward travel
Extremely attentive staff and fantastic restaurant. We went for the Sri Lanka theme, and enjoyed the live music at dinner as well as the excellent Sri Lankan food at breakfast. Very clean beach. They need to check the plumbing to avoid bathroom odors.
