Very centrally located. Awesome breakfast. Spa facilities were great! given how expensive the room was, i expected it to be nicer. No good view, and in fact there was bird poop all over on the window cil. The staff was not courteous. Mercara restaurant was not good. The staff was dispassionate. ("hey tell me about your indian cocktails..". "meh.. you can try whatever.. they're general itc ones".. lol.. show me some passion)

It’s a fantastic hotel but it’s now 10 years old and in places needs upgrades, carpets are tatty, outside walls need cleaning generally tired… never used to be. Service in the main restaurant wasn’t great
