Mili and all the other staff at Hotel reception, restaurant, and floor staff were very helpful & accomodative to all our requests. They were very professional. This place is very well plaved & only was chosen as near to the embassy consulate.

Unhelpful staff, lack of facilities. You cannot order tea or coffee before 6 AM because hotel doesn't have milk. Are they serious? A hotel of this size does not bother to stock milk ?

I am an international traveler. There was no Wi-Fi for the entire hotel on that day. I couldn't work or contact my people. The elevator wasn't working. The telephone in the room wasn't working. They said it would all be fixed within the hour but nothing happened for the whole day. Some even refused to provide a Wi-Fi hotspot for me. I'm thankful for the few that let me quickly use their hotspot. Ridiculous treatment for the amount of money I'm paying. I expected this to run like a 5-star boutique hotel but it only looks like one.
