"Very beautiful property! The multi station buffet breakfast was delicious with so many choices. The servers were very helpful. Rooms had a great view of the city. The rainfall shower was relaxing and there was a separate bathtub. The bed was comfortable. The charges for hotel provided transportation were reasonable and it was easy to schedule a day trip to Mahabalipuram, the airport, and rail station. The only issue we had was with room service. "Most of the staff was great and helpful. Room was good and breakfast buffet was amazing. We didn’t have shower gel in the washroom when we got the room and when we addressed it, staff came to replace the empty shower gel. We also had dinner at the hotel we stayed and food was amazing. We had a phone call to our room and they said that we could get 20% off for dinner but staff didn’t honour the discount and refused the discount at checkout."
