Nice, clean, new hotel

Lovely place. New, clean and very friendly. But building work outside, which is not the hotels fault, but made it quite noisy. We booked a balcony room but had to move because of the noise to the other side of the hotel and we didn't get a balcony.

Hotel staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Lots of little touches to make the stay more memorable, like the welcome with flower garland, tika and drink and the flower art in our room. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great fitness center with well working equipment. Surprisingly good place in Chennai, an oasis, especially given the noisy, polluted OMR location

Luxury home away from home

Excellent services, food, and room too. These are high-end service apartments that have been converted into hotel rooms so each has a huge fridge, dishwasher, stove and washing machine. The only difference between this and any other 5-star hotel is that it has only 1 restaurant - a coffee shop. The managers of the coffee shop, however, are extra caring and attentive. The whole experience is a luxury home away from home.

Excellent! Extremely pleasant stay

I totally enjoy this stay. Better than expected. I arrived late and only stay for one night so didn’t have too much time to experience all the facilities. It’s go Sauna room, swimming pool (for both adult and children), gaming room, children play room, spa services. What impressed me is the handicap free design inside the room. It’s really friendly for wheel chair users (see my photo for the bathroom). It’s my first time stay in India hotel and I am not sure if all hotels are design like this or only Taj, but I am impressed. Because my mom is on wheelchair and this would be a prefect hotel for family trip. The only thing that TV is not smart TV, so I was unable to connect to my phone. The room offers free fruit plate. Which is really nice. It’s worth the money and I would suggest to arrive early and enjoy all the facilities
