"We have stayed in the Kensington area before but this was our first time at this hotel. For the UK this room was quite spacious and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Very clean and comfortable! We will be back!"

"The location is convenient for the South Terminal.We ate in the attached Asian Restaurant, which was OK, but expensive fo the food on offer. Other facilities in the hotel were good. The room was clean and comfortable, but with tired decore, and there was a dank smell (like black mould) in the room, possibly from the air-conditioning, which may be due for cleaning. "
