"The room itself was excellent, but the service experience was disappointing. The staff did not seem to keep track of previous conversations with guests, which led to unnecessary confusion and a lack of continuity in communication. What was most frustrating was being treated as though we did not know how to use the elevators when the actual issue was that our room keys repeatedly became deactivated throughout our stay. Despite having to address the same problem multiple times, staff members appeared unaware of the situation and responded with a rude remark made directly to our faces. This level of poor communication and disrespect significantly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay."

"Everything was great just wished we had access to the pool on the 8th floor which is bigger. They closed the pool down during the week and opened the pool on 24th floor which is smaller and not as nice 😐 it was my birthday and would have loved to have been able to use that pool instead"
