Excellent! Helpful and cooperative stuff, very clean and great amenities.

We left this place for the end of our trip. It was a very good decision. If you want to do nothing and just be... it is the place. We didnt have a car, so you need to take in mind yhat hopping to Tulum, reqiure Taxis. But we knew that and did not want to leave. Going Outside this is like going out of the bubble. Why pop it. Excellent and relaxing break. Thank you. David was particularly helpful. We loved the staff, the lagoon, the cenotes, the food, the colectivos and the Akumel beach.

A bit far from town centre but easy access by car or taxi .

Staff were great, it was so peaceful and room was spacious, beautiful and spotless

We were shown our suite located on the beach front after a very swift check in, walked through a jungle themed aesthetically pleasing pathway, Bedroom was very clean, included towels / beach towels / toiletries. Swirl Plunge pool was amazing in the heat. Was worth the...
